| What is your delivery area? |
| We deliver to the entire Chicagoland area, including Cook, Will, Lake McHenry, Kane and Kendall counties. |

| What time and days do you deliver? |
| We deliver 7 days a week and you can call any day during the hours of 9am to 9pm. We like to deliver the rental before mother and baby arrive from the hospital and early in the morning for a surprise. |

| What are the signs made of and how do they stand up? |
| Signs are hand painted, specially treated sign-board. The keepsake are made from another material and are professionally created using vinyl letters. The sign has 2 metal stakes that are placed into the ground approx. 12 inches. Our signs are custom designed, copywritten and guaranteed to be the best looking signs in town. |

| Can I mow and water my lawn? |
| If you must trim your yard during your rental period, please be careful around the sign. If at all possible, please let the trimming around the sign go until it has been removed. We do understand that this is not always feasible, especially for rentals longer than one week, but we do sincerely appreciate you taking precautions to protect our sign. Watering is fine, our signs are sealed to protect them from water damage. |

| What if the sign becomes damaged? |
| Our signs have been successfully tested in wind and rain and have proven very durable. If however, you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please notify us immediately. Our signs are not designed to withstand climbing by children. Please, for your child(ren)'s safety, do not allow them to play on or near the sign. If any vandalism or theft occurs, please contact us immediately. |

| Where do you leave the keepsake after removing the sign? |
| When your sign is removed, the personalized keepsake will be left on your doorstep. We do not ring the doorbell or knock in case mom and baby are resting. If you would like the keepsake left in a different location please inform us when you place your order. |

| How long are the lawn sign rentals for? |
| Signs may be rented for one, three or seven days. |

| How much do stork yard signs cost? |
$65 for one day (baby shower)
$75 for three days or
$85 for seven days. Tax included. |

| What does the price include? |
| Yard sign rental prices include delivery, setup and take-down, light kit for night using, and baby personalization. |
|
| Do I need a reservation and how soon could you deliver? |
| No reservation is needed but to gaurantee a particular sign a reservation is recommended. |

| What methods of payment do you accept? |

| We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders and Visa and Mastercard. |
|
| When do you deliver and pick up the Stork Announcements? |
| We deliver announcement displays between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. |
|
| Do I send payment now or after the sign is delivered? |
| We do require payment by the day of the delivery. We will be glad to pick up a check upon delivery. |
